Scholarships
The purpose of these scholarships is to promote the education and professional development of scientists who are actively pursuing research in breast cancer, by encouraging and facilitating their attendance at the CTRC-AACR San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. This important international educational symposium reaches an audience of academic and clinical physicians and basic scientists, and focuses on state-of-the-art information on the experimental biology, etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer and premalignant breast disease, as well as breast cancer prevention.
Scholarships will be awarded in each program to trainees whose abstracts are accepted for presentation at the 31st Annual SABCS, based upon the quality of their abstracts.
Recipients of these grants and awards will be identified in the SABCS program, both print and online, and also at the meeting.
