SABCS® offers an array of amenities at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center to support Symposium attendees.

Registration: Check-in and Onsite Registration

Attendees print their badges at the registration counters in the Convention Center lobby at SABCS 2024.

Location: Main Lobby

Our registration desk serves both those who pre-registered online and those who want to register onsite. Badge collection and Symposium information are available.

Housing Desk

The Housing Desk provides onsite assistance with hotel reservations to Symposium attendees.

Location: Main Lobby

Visit the Housing Desk, located in the registration area, for assistance with attendee accommodation during the Symposium. A team will be on hand to answer questions and address concerns.

Wireless Network

Free wifi is available in the convention center. Login details will be posted to the meeting app, in various locations in the lobby, and online at the start of the Symposium.

SABCS Store

The SABCS Store in the Convention Center lobby offers Symposium-themed merchandise during meeting hours.

Visit the SABCS Store in the lobby of the convention center to purchase the latest SABCS-themed gear and take home a memento of your visit to San Antonio.

The store has T-shirts, keychains, magnets, notebooks, coffee mugs, and the Symposium mascot, Shelly the Armadillo.

Scooter and Wheelchair Availability

Access complimentary mobility assistance through our vendor, Tom’s Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals. Note: Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.


Coat and Bag Check

Location: Main Lobby

Coats and bags may be checked in the main lobby any time throughout the Symposium. Hours are the same as registration.


Mobile App Assistance Desk

Location: Main Lobby

Staff are on hand in the main lobby to answer questions and resolve issues with the SABCS Mobile App. Hours are the same as registration.


Lost and Found

Location: Room H201

All misplaced personal items will kept at Lost and Found until they are claimed.
