Housing Desk

Location: Main Lobby
Visit the Housing Desk, located in the registration area, for assistance with attendee accommodation during the Symposium. A team will be on hand to answer questions and address concerns.

Wireless Network
Free wifi is available in the convention center. Login details will be posted to the meeting app, in various locations in the lobby, and online at the start of the Symposium.
Family Services
Onsite child care will be available during SABCS for children ages 6 months to 12 years. SABCS is pleased to partner with Kiddie Corp to provide a children’s program. Kiddie Corp is in its 39th year of providing high-quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows, and special events. Parents and caregivers can register online in advance. Walk-in registration will also be available at the convention center based on space availability. SABCS is subsidizing 50% of the rate to limit the cost to attendees. The subsidized child care service rate is $10 per hour, per child for registrants.

Locations
- East Wing—Room 1212 (lobby corridor between Halls 3 and 4)
- West Wing—Room 2137 (next to Room 215 in Parkview)
Two private rooms will be available: One on the lobby level between Halls 3 and 4, and one on the second level. Rooms will be equipped with comfortable furniture and a table, power outlets, wastebaskets, and paper towels. Restrooms are located nearby. Staff members will be on hand to monitor and refresh the rooms throughout the day.
SABCS Store

Visit the SABCS Store in the lobby of the convention center to purchase the latest SABCS-themed gear and take home a memento of your visit to San Antonio.
The store has T-shirts, keychains, magnets, notebooks, coffee mugs, and the Symposium mascot, Shelly the Armadillo.

Scooter and Wheelchair Availability

Access complimentary mobility assistance through our vendor, Tom’s Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals. Note: Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Coat and Bag Check
Location: Main Lobby
Coats and bags may be checked in the main lobby any time throughout the Symposium. Hours are the same as registration.
Mobile App Assistance Desk
Location: Main Lobby
Staff are on hand in the main lobby to answer questions and resolve issues with the SABCS Mobile App. Hours are the same as registration.
Lost and Found
Location: Room H201
All misplaced personal items will kept at Lost and Found until they are claimed.
