The deadlines for presenters at the 2025 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium are this month.
First, on Thursday, November 13, at 11:59 PM Central Time, all presentation slides for oral presentations are due, as are posters for anyone presenting in a Poster Spotlight Session.
Then, on Friday, November 21, at 11:59 PM Central Time, poster presenters must have their posters and other materials uploaded.

Oral presentations include all General Session presentations, all Rapid Fire Mini-Oral presentations, and presentations at the more than 50 other sessions at SABCS 2025 – such as Educational sessions or State of the Art sessions.

Poster Spotlight sessions mix poster displays with oral presentations. There are 13 Poster Spotlight sessions scheduled at SABCS 2025.
