Affiliate Meetings

The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® recognizes that affiliated meetings are often arranged in conjunction with its scheduled Symposium dates as a convenience to the target audience in attendance.

REQUESTS

Any meeting or event that involves SABCS scientific meeting attendees hosted by a company or organization, regardless of exhibiting status, is considered an affiliate event and must be approved by SABCS. If you plan to hold a function during the 2025 symposium, you MUST complete the application below. Please submit one request per event. If your event requires more than one meeting room, you must submit a separate request for each room needed. The symposium affiliate guide is also linked below, which includes rules and regulations, pricing, and other important information. Please contact SABCS Affiliates at sabcs-eventmeetings@uthscsa.edu with any questions.

Affiliate Meetings are any meeting or event hosted by a company or organization that involves SABCS scientific meeting attendees. These meetings take place at one of the approved affiliate hotels and must be approved by the SABCS. Affiliate meetings can be held by both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies/organizations and there is a separate fee to host these types of meetings.

Affiliate meetings must be scheduled from December 8-12, 2025. 

Please note that the Affiliate Meetings are different than Exhibit Meeting Rooms. Meeting Rooms provide exhibitors with the ability to host staff meetings. Learn more about Exhibitor Meeting Rooms.
