The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® recognizes that satellite symposia and affiliated meetings are often arranged in conjunction with its scheduled Symposium dates as a convenience to the target audience in attendance.


Affiliate Meeting Events

Affiliate meetings must be scheduled from December 9-13, 2024. Events are only approved for the following dates and times: Note: All times are Central Standard Time.

  • Monday, December 9: All day
  • Tuesday, December 10: Before 12 p.m. or after 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 11: After 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 12: After 7 p.m.
  • Friday, December 13: After 6 p.m.
