SABCS Exhibition 2025 - building on the success of 2024!

We had the most successful SABCS® exhibition in history in 2024, with representatives of more than 110 leading industry and nonprofit organizations on the floor of the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® Exhibit Hall.

We are thrilled to share our prospectuses and working floorplans for SABCS® 2025, designed to offer valuable opportunities for sponsorships, exhibits, and partnerships. These resources provide a detailed overview of how you can join us in advancing breast cancer research and care while connecting with a global audience. 2025 Payment Policy & Deadlines

February 14 – Deadline to cancel or reduce booth size without penalty for Advance On-Site Sales.
February 15 – If an exhibitor who booked during their Advance On-Site Sales appointment reduces or cancels their booth, they are responsible for 25% booth and/or sponsorship fee. 
February 20 – New Exhibitor applications open. If an exhibitor cancels or reduces their booth, they are responsible for 25% of the booth and/or sponsorship fee.
April 1 – 50% of booth fee and support fee due 
September 15 – 100% of booth fee and support fee due. After September 15th, Exhibitors must remit payment within 30 days of application and approval. 
September 16 – No refunds permitted, No Exceptions.
