Posters make up the majority of scientific sharing at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium every year, with more than 1,900 posters presented in 2025. We are expecting a record-breaking year. Poster Sessions take place in the Exhibition Hall, twice on Wednesday, twice on Thursday, and once on Friday. See the complete schedule on the online program
Presentation Instructions
Standards
All presentations must be unbiased and free of commercial promotion. While poster materials are not formally reviewed, presenters are expected to uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and transparency, avoiding product promotion or conflicts of interest.

Presentation Length
Poster viewing sessions: 1.5 hours
Format
- Submit both a virtual and printed poster.
- Include one contact email (must be a co-author) for attendee inquiries.
- Include disclaimer: “Copies of this poster obtained through Quick Response (QR) Code are for personal use only and may not be reproduced without permission from SABCS® and the author.”
- Optional 2–3 minute MP4 audio overview.
- Notify sabcs@uthscsa.edu if a substitute presenter is required; the substitute must be a co-author.

- Size: 72” × 36” (landscape)
- Top panel: Presentation ID, title, authors
- File format: PDF (single page, high resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio recommended)
- Font: ≥22 pt
- Logos: Only non-profit or institutional logos permitted
- QR Codes (optional): May link to virtual poster or supplemental material. SABCS does not provide QR Codes.
Poster Sessions and Pick-up
Poster sessions will be held in Halls 2-3 of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. All times listed are in Central Time (CT).

Note: Poster Pick-up will be located in front of Hall A, adjacent to the poster session area (Hall 2-3).
Upload and Review
- Upload your virtual poster to the Submission Portal by Thursday, November 19, 2026, 11:59 PM CT.
- The final uploaded version will appear in the poster gallery.
Session and Onsite Guidelines
- Attend your assigned poster session; arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your session.
- Author interaction is required for the duration of the poster session.
- Posters must be mounted at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Pins will be provided.
- No-shows will be withdrawn. Repeated poster no-shows may disqualify participation in future SABCS meetings.

Authors may reuse SABCS® abstracts with attribution to Clinical Cancer Research supplement for:

Abstract Publishing and Permissions
With presenter consent, virtual posters will be posted on the SABCS® Virtual Site and poster gallery.
All accepted abstracts, unless withdrawn prior to publication or accepted as a late exception, will be published in the online Proceedings, as an online-only supplement in Clinical Cancer Research, and as SABCS Sessions and Poster Resources online.
