Why Book Through SABCS?
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® (SABCS) 2026.
Attendees booking through the official SABCS housing site will have access to discounted hotel rates, convenient locations and hotels selected specifically for SABCS participants.
Hotel reservations for SABCS 2026 will open at 9 a.m. CT on Monday, June 1, 2026. The deadline for making hotel reservations is Monday, Nov. 30, 2026.
After the deadline, attendees may be required to make their own housing arrangements.
Visit SABCS.org/Hotels beginning June 1, 2026, to reserve your hotel room online. The official housing link and hotel listings will become available when housing opens.
Attendees will find hotel descriptions, amenities, photographs and maps for all official SABCS hotels, including locations near the Henry B. González Convention Center.
Online Reservations:
A credit card is required to reserve a room online. Beginning June 1, the SABCS Housing website will provide up-to-date hotel availability and immediate confirmation of your reservation.
Phone Reservations:
SABCS Housing agents will be available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT to assist attendees with hotel reservations and provide information about official SABCS hotels.
A credit card is required to reserve your hotel room by phone. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive immediate confirmation by email.

Reservations must be guaranteed with either a major credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard) or a check in the amount of $300 per guestroom and $700 per suite. Checks should be made payable to Convention Management Resources, Inc.
If using a credit card, the card will not be charged until the check-out date. Guests must present a credit card upon check-in.

Reservations canceled fewer than 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date may be charged one night’s room and tax.
