Important Registration Information
Payments
Credit cards, wire transfer and checks, all in USD, are accepted forms of payment. To ensure secure and timely receipt of payments, checks will only be accepted if delivered via one of the following approved shipping methods: DHL, FedEx UPS, USPS Ground or Priority Mail (with tracking). Checks sent through any other delivery method or without tracking will not be accepted.
Please note: Paying the abstract submission fee does not constitute registration for the meeting. Registration submitted without full payment cannot be processed and attendees will not be registered until full payment is completed. Government or other purchase orders cannot be accepted. There are no daily or partial registrations rates available.

Register and pay with your credit card, then reach out to your department for reimbursement. No IDTs will be needed this year.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to November 20, 2026, and are subject to the following processing fees:
- Regular Registration, AACR Members, and UT Health San Antonio Faculty and Staff: $75.00
- Residents/Postdoctoral Fellows and Students: $20.00
Refunds will not be granted after November 21, 2025, nor will they be granted for no-shows. Please email cancellation notices to SABCS® Customer Support.
Patient Advocates
This special registration category is reserved for individuals who work or volunteer for nonprofit 501(c)(3) patient advocacy organizations with a clear charitable mission focused on cancer patient support and advocacy. Attendees with five or more years of research/laboratory or clinical experience, those currently providing clinical care, or individuals working for industry are not eligible for this special rate.
During registration, please upload an attestation verifying your role as a patient advocate. The attestation should include:
- A brief overview of the affiliated patient advocacy organization
- A description of past and current cancer-related patient advocacy work
- A summary of priorities and goals as a patient advocate
Notice: Beware of Fraudulent Registration and Housing Websites
Hotel room and meeting registration pirating is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit attendees for room reservations for other organizations’ meetings.
Deceptive tactics used by pirate registration and housing companies include:
- Adding processing fees or taxes when registering for the meeting and requiring payment via PayPal
- Illegally using SABCS® name and/or logo to falsely represent themselves as being affiliated with SABCS®
- Informing attendees and exhibitors that the SABCS® hotel room block is sold out and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room
- Distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by SABCS®
- Non-delivery of promises to customers (e.g., when customers arrive, reservations are sometimes non-existent, or the hotels are not conveniently located)
- Registration and hotel rates higher than those on the SABCS® website
